It appears, as per Bailiff Report, suit summons is served on
plaintiff on 16.03.2020. Both the Ld. counsels for parties stated that,
the lockdown started on 23.03.2020. It appears, before 10 days of
appearing in Summary Suit are over, the lockdown period started.
Hence, it appears, it is a reasonable ground for not appearing in 10 days
on service of suit summons that lockdown started. The period of
lockdown is also extended due to pandemic. Hence, considering the
circumstances, before 10 days period is over to appear in summary suit,

the lockdown started, it will be proper to allow this application to file
vakalatnama. Hence, following order.
