None present for defendant. Heard the Advocate for plaintiff, he prayed for allowing the Chamber Summons to change the name of plaintiff bank. It is contention that the plaintiff Dena bank is merged in to Bank of Baroda. As per the direction central government who issued notification in this regard on 02-01- 2019 she annexed the copy of notification along with the Chamber Summons and prayed for permission to the plaintiff name as Dena bank and to mention as Bank of Baroda as per schedule. The amendment sought it will not prejudice to defendant hence no notice is necessary before passing order. Consequently I proceed following order. Order 1.Chamber Summons No. 171 of 20 stands allowed. 2. The plaintiff is carry out the amendment within a stipulated period as per schedule. 3. Chamber summons no. 171 of 20 disposed off accordingly. Matter stands adjourned for compliance on 02- 01-2024.
