ORDER
1. The defendant no. 5(a) has filed instant Notice of Motion for
setting aside order dated 19.03.2015 and 29.10.2018 whereby her
right to crossexamine PW1 is closed.
2. Heard both the sides. The defendant no. 5(a) is ready to pay
cost of Rs. 5,000/ to the witness. The plaintiffs have no objection.
In view, of the above fact, Notice of Motion is disposed off by
imposing cost of Rs. 5,000/. Thus, I proceed to pass the following
order :

ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No. 440 of 2019 is hereby allowed in terms

2. Cost of Notice of Motion be saddled on defendant no. 5(a).
3. Notice of Motion No. 440 of 2019 is disposed off accordingly.
