F.R.S.R following order is passed on Suit No.859 of 2021.
ORDER
(i)The suit is decreed ex-parte in favour of the Plaintiff against the Defendant.
(ii)The Defendant, M/s Lata Travels, a Proprietary Concern through its Proprietor Mr. Chandresh Surendra Kamble, is directed to pay to the Plaintiff, Canara Bank (formerly Syndicate Bank), a sum of Rs. 2,47,116.33 (Rupees Two Lakh Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixteen and Paise Thirty Three Only), together with interest thereon at the rate 9 percent, from the date of filing of the suit till payment or realization.
(iii)The Defendant shall pay Rs.2,47,116.33 along with interest i.e.1,45,145/-, total amount Rs.3,92,261/- (Three Lakh Ninety Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty One Only) to the plaintiff.
(iv)The Defendant shall bear the costs of the suit.
(v)Decree be drawn up accordingly.
