S.Sanaf is present. The plff is also present before the court.
Heard Ld.adv.of both the sides. In the present case, the plff
has challenged the notice under section 53(1) of MRTP Act.
Without going to the merit of this case, it is submitted on
behalf of the plff that the plff will be submitting the
application for regularization of the so called unauthorized
structure. Under these circumstances, it is directed that plff
to move the application before the concerned authority for
regularization within one month. Concerned authority to
decide the regularization proposal as per the Law. The
concerned authority to communicate about the out come of
the regularization proposal to the plff.
