ORAL ORDER
This is a chamber summons filed by plaintiff for
amendment in plaint/in exhibits numbers. Heard the learned advocate
for plaintiff.
2. Perused reply submitted by defendants. The learned
advocate S.Shah submits that it is negligence of plaintiff to mark the
documents. On perusal of schedule, there seem to be mistake in
marking exhibits ''A'',''B'',''C'', ''D''. It is not going to change the nature of
the suit. It being typing mistake, the amendment as prayed is allowed.
Hence, the order.
