O R D E R
1. Notice of Motion No.392 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The ex parte decree passed in SUM Suit No. 7795 of 2000 is set aside.
3. SUM Suit No. 7795 of 2000 is restored to the stage of service of writ of SUM Summons.
4.Plaintiff shall serve the writ of SUM Suit to defendant on its address given in the present Notice of Motion which is from Ulhasnagar, District Thane.
5.The office shall inform the Court before whom the execution is pending about setting aside of the decree by this Court.
6.Both the parties are directed to bear their own costs of this Notice of Motion.
7. Notice of Motion No.392 of 2019 stands disposed of accordingly.
