1. The legal heirs of deceased plaintiff Mahesh Menghani have
taken out this chamber summons to add them in the suit as a plaintiffs.
2. I have perused the application.
3. According to the applicants plaintiff Mahesh Menghani expired
on 11/11/2017. Applicants are the legal heirs of deceased plaintiff.
Hence, they be taken on record.
4. The Corporation resisted the application on the ground that
application is not maintainable.
5. I have heard both the sides. Perused the affidavit in support of
chamber summons and the death certificate of deceased plaintiff. The
application is well within limitation. The right to sue survivers. Hence,
the following order :

1. Chamber Summons No.123 of 2018 is hereby allowed.
2. Applicants be brought on record as a legal heirs of
