Perusing record, it appears that the plaintiff filed suit on 23.01.2020. The
plaintiff was directed to remove office objection within 4 weeks i.e. on
27.01.2020. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on 28.01.2020 and 29.01.2020
the plaintiff taken on board this matter for urgent relief then matter was kept on
05.02.2020. On 20.02.2020 the ad-interim rejected since then the matter is
pending for removal of office objection. The objection was raised that the under
which act the plaintiff filed this suit. The suit is not valued and Court fees has
not affixed thereon and also raised objection to fill up Para no. 1,2,4,8,9,7 MOA
and LOD not attached and not explained about statutory notice to the defendant.
Perusing record, it appears that the matter is pending since 2020 for
removal office objection but the plaintiff not removed the office objection.
Hence, it appears that plaintiff does not want to proceed with this suit. Hence,
suit is dismissed for default. In view of suit is dismissed, NM Nos. 505/20 and
4688/22 is also disposed of.
Suit be registered for statistical purpose.
