itself, was an order passed in review. Rule 9 of Order 47 of
C.P.C., 1908 bars an application to review an order made on
an application for a review. Hence, the original motion sought
to be restored not being maintainable, there is no propriety in
allowing the application for condonation of delay caused in
restoring the motion, which is contrary to law. Hence N/M no.
371/2019 is dismissed. Judge Order on Notice of Motion no.
188/2014 Setting plaintiff at liberty to canvass for the reliefs
alongwith the main hearing of the suit and at the passing of
the decree, the notice of motion stands disposed off. Judge
