It is evident that the NM No.628/2020 is filed by the plaintiff for attachment of the immovable property viz 87, Jeevan Nivas, 3rd Floor, Khan Abdul Gaffar Road, Worli Seaface, Mumbai-400025 before Judgment on 07-02-2020. The defendants appeared and filed their affidavit in reply (Exh.13) on 12.02.2020. Thereafter, the plaintiff filed affidavit in Rejoinder (Exh.14) on 29.08.2022. Then, defendants filed affidavit in sur-rejoinder (Exh.15) on 31.01.2025. This court had heard the arguments of the ld advocate for the plaintiff and defendant on 13.02.2025 and matter was adjourned to 07.03.2025 for further hearing/order.
In the aforesaid backdrop, this court raised a query to the Ld advocate appearing for the defendant about today's status of above immovable property when she seeks adjournment on the ground that she has to take instructions to that effect.
