ORAL ORDER
Plaintiffs have filed this chamber summons to allow the
plaintiffs to serve the copy of Notice of Motion on the new address of
defendant No.1, 3 and 4 alongwith affidavit in support.
2. The learned Advocate for the plaintiffs submitted that the
plaintiffs have served other defendants but defendant No.1, 3 and 4
have not found on the given address, therefore service of Notice of
Motion was not effected. Therefore, plaintiffs are seeking permission to
serve copy of Notice of Motion on the new address of defendant No.1, 3
and 4. The plaintiffs are also seeking substituted service of Notice of
Motion alongwith the affidavit upon the defendant No.5 by was of
pasting and by RPAD.
3. Heard the Advocate for the plaintiffs. Perused the Notice of
Motion and report.
4. The notice of Motion alongwith the affidavit has not been
served upon the defendant No.1, 3, 4 and 5, therefore it is required to
permit the plaintiffs to serve the defendant No.1, 3, 4 and 5 on their
new address and also permits the plaintiffs for substituted service in
respect of defendant No.5. In view of this, I proceed to pass following
order:

1. Chamber Summons No.141 of 2020 in N.M.No.2593 of 2013 in
Suit No.160 of 2013 is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause
(a) and (b).
