ORDER IN CH/SUM NO.121/20
Heard. This Ch/sum is tendered for bringing the L.R.'s of the plaintiff on record. Say is filed by
deft. no.2, 3, 5 and 6 and deft. no.7(a) and 7(b). Read Ch/sum. The sole plaintiff expired on
16.12.2019. The applicants claim to be the only surviving legal heirs of the sole plaintiff. The
death certificate is attached to the Ch/sum. The above defts. have no objection to the Ch/sum. The
Ch/sum is within the period of limitation, hence it needs consideration, therefore it is expedient to
pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Ch/sum No.121/2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c).
2. Applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint as per the schedule within a period
of two weeks from today and to tender the amended plaint within two weeks from carrying out the
amendment.
3. Applicants to also supply the copy of amended plaint to the defendants.
4. No order as to costs.
5. Ch/sum No.121/2020 is disposed off accordingly.
The matter is adjd for compliance to 11.03.2020 at 02.45 pm.
