O R D E R
1. This is an application filed by plaintiff for stay to the order by
which adinteriminjunction relief refused in favour of plaintiff.
2. According to the plaintiff, this Court has refused adinterimrelief
on 20/01/2018. Plaintiff wants to prefer an appeal and therefore
prayed to stay of the order for the period of 4 (four) weeks.
3. According to the defendant, the order is passed after hearing of
both the sides. Application is not maintainable. Hence, prayed to reject
the application.
4. I have heard both the sides.
5. Plaintiff has filed notice of motion for issuance of temporary
injunction against defendant/Corporation. Plaintiff pressed adinterim
injunction. After hearing both the sides, the adinteriminjunction is

refused. Now, no executable order is in force. Hence, application is
devoid of merit and accordingly rejected.
