By the proposed amendment, the plaintiff is seeking to bring on record the subsequent developments that have occurred during the pendency of the suit. The plaintiff is also seeking to make alternate prayer of 1/5th share instead of 1/7th share. The proposed amendment does not change the nature of the suit in any manner. Adv. Mali has not raised any specific objection to the proposed amendment. He has not -- 1 of 2 -- C/s. 174/2019 in Su 1290/65 2/2 Date : 24.1.2019 filed reply to the Chamber Summons.
