O R D E R
This notice of motion is taken out by the defendant Corporation
for accepting the written statement by setting aside no W.S.Order. This
notice of motion resisted on behalf of the plaintiff by filing his reply.
Heard learned counsels on behalf of both the sides at length. Perused
the record.
2. The learned counsel on behalf of the plaintiff has argued that if
the defendant Corporation is ready to cooperate to the plaintiff for
disposal of the matter as early as possible, then the plaintiff has no any
objection for accepting the written statement of the defendant
Corporation by condoning delay. The learned counsel on behalf of the

defendant Corporation has submitted that the defendant Corporation
will cooperate to the court for disposing of this matter as early as
possible. Therefore, I inclined to allow this notice of motion. Hence, I
proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.357/19 is hereby allowed.
2. Notice of Motion No.357/19 is disposed off accordingly.
