Perused the chamber summons. Heard Ld. Adv. of both the sides. The contents of Para No.5 of affidavit in support are sufficient reasons for not bringing the LRs on record within stipulated time. Hence, in the interest of Justice and there is no objection from the defendant. Hence, I pass the following order-
                                    ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 127/2020 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The plaintiff to carry out amendment within two weeks and shall supply the amended copy of plaint upon the defendants within two weeks thereafter.
