The defendant no. 3 has given no objection.  The defendant no. 1 has also not resisted the application.  The defendant no .3 is a partnership firm, was represented by one of the partner Chetan Shah who expired, as submitted by the plaintiff. The amendment does not affect substantial right of the parties.  Considering the same Chamber Summons needs consideration. Hence it is expedient to pass following order.
ORDER
1.  Chamber Summons No. 166/2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause \''a\''.
2.  Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.
