However the respondent shall not taken any policy decisions till next date. The Ld. Adv for defendant has given no objection on Exh.7 for transferring the suit to the City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division. In view of this the matter is transferred City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division. The Registry to take appropriate steps in this regards. The parties shall appearance before City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division on 02.03.2019. In this terms Exh.7 stands disposed of.
