This chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff seeking
amendment in the defendant’s title clause as specified in schedule
annexed with the chamber summons.
2. Heard Ld. advocate Ms. Agrawal for the plaintiff. None for the
defendant. No reply is filed by otherside. The affidavit of service of
chamber summons is also filed on record on 07/11/2021.
3. Ld. Advocate submits that as the defendant has changed the

name of company from ‘Remi Metal Limited’ to ‘Remi Metal Gujarat
Limited’. The Certificate of Incorporation is filed on record, where from
it reveals that there is change in the name of the defendant Company.
Therefore, it is imperative to amend the plaint accordingly. Hence, the
order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.157/2019 is hereby allowed in terms of
prayer clause (a).
2. Plaintiff to carry out consequential amendment within 14 days
from the date of this order and file copy of amended plaint.
3. Chamber summons No.157/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
