Plaintiff has filed application below Exh.2 for withdrawal of the suit. It is contended that there is a compromise before Hon''ble Hon''ble High Court in writ petition No.2617/2018. Accordingly plaintiff is withdrawing suit unconditionally. Adv. For corporation gave no objection for unconditional withdrawal. Plaintiff is present before the Court and he is identified by Adv. R.
