No.2617/2018. Accordingly plaintiff is withdrawing suit
unconditionally. Adv. For corporation gave no objection for
unconditional withdrawal. Plaintiff is present before the
Court and he is identified by Adv. R. D. Thorat. Plaintiff
submitted that he want to withdraw the suit. He admitted his
signature and contents of the withdrawal application. Hence,
I pass following order- O R D E R 1. L.C. Suit
No.2424/2018 is disposed of as withdrawn in view of
application below Exh.2. 2. In view of withdrawal of suit,
N/M No. 341/2019 is disposed of. 3. Parties to bear their
own costs.
