This chamber summons is filed to delete the name of earlier
officer Kishan Nivrutti Bhalerao as he had retired from the service and
name of Mahesh H. Prabhu be brought on record.
2. Plaintiff is the nationalized bank represented by authorized
officer. As earlier authorized officer is retired, permission is granted to
substitute the name. It would not caused any prejudice to the defend.
Accordingly, I pass the following order.
