         POA of plaintiff and his counsel are present. Defendants No.1 and 2 and their counsel are present. The matter war referred for mediation. The mediation report received vide letter dated 06-03-2026 at Exh.21 along with consent terms filed by the parties. The consent terms is marked as Exh.23. POA of plaintiff present and submitted that matter is settled between the parties. Defendants have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 4,95,000/- by 12 monthly installments towards full and final settlement and plaintiff has admitted the same. He further submitted that therefore, he does not want proceed with the matter. The consent terms are read and recorded. Both the parties have admitted the contents of consent term at Exh.23. Thus, considering the submissions of the Power of attorney of plaintiff as well as contents of consent terms at Exh.23, as matter is settled between the parties, I am of view that, the present suit needs to be disposed off, in view of consent terms at Exh.23. Hence, I proceed the following order.
  ORDER
1.    The Summary Suit No.707/2023 is disposed off as
        withdrawn in view of consent terms at Exh-23.
2.     Pending Summons for judgment No.263/24 is disposed
        of accordingly.
3.    The plaintiff is entitled for refund of court fees, if any,
        provided for as per rules.
