Ld. counsel for plaintiff submitted that he is not pressing the CS
no. 139/19, as per his endorsement made on the said CS under
his signature. In view of the above submissions, CS no. 139/19 is
hereby filed and disposed of as not pressed.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff also filed application for withdrawal of
the suit signed by authorised representative of plaintiff company.

I have perused the application supported by certified true copy of
resolution (ExA), passed by the Board of Directors of the plaintiff
company on 06.02.2020, authorising the representative of the
plaintiff to withdraw the suit on behalf of the plaintiff company.
The identity of authorised representative of plaintiff is verified by
his Aadhar card at ExB.
In view of the submissions made by Ld. counsel for plaintiff, the
application for withdrawal of the suit at Ex3 is hereby
allowed. Suit is disposed of as withdrawn by plaintiff. In the
circumstances of the case, there shall no order as to costs.
