ORDER
This is the Chamber Summons moved by Ld.Advocate for the
plaintiff thereby seeking prayer to delete the deceased plaintiff no.1(a)
and to be substituted with legal heirs of deceased plaintiff no.1(a) and
to amend the plaint accordingly. Perused the Chamber Summons which
is objected by Ld.Advocate for the defendant no.3. Matter is proceeded
exparte other defendants.
2. Heard both sides at length.

3. Considering the fact that, plaintiff no.1a is now no more. Her
name needs to be substituted with by the legal heirs. The amendment
is of very formal nature and it does not change the nature of the suit.
Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.102 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is permitted to delete the name of deceased plaintiff
No.1(a) and to amend the plaint as per schedule of amendment
annexed to Chamber Summons.
3. Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment within 14 days from
today and to supply copy of amended plaint on record.
4. Chamber Summons disposed off.
