O- This is an application given by the plaintiff for the adjournment. The defendant has taken strong objection to this application on the ground that matter is fixed for dismissal. After perusal of the record it shows that the matter is pending for the production of the documents since 16.02.2024. The roznama dated 16.02.2024 clearly shows that on that day the plaintiff has filed only list of documents and no document is tendered. It shows that the plaintiff has not produced the documents before this Court on 16.02.2024.
