Read application.  Heard. Ld. Counsel for the original plaintiff/applicant submitted that the Hon\''ble High Court was pleased to pass an order dated 01.08.2019 in Appeal from Order no.778/2018 and thereby, allowed the N/M no.3950/2014.  The Hon\''ble High Court allowed the appeal subject to cost of Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the respondents.  He would submit that the advocate for the plaintiff sent cheque no.684652 dated 30.09.2019 drawn on Bank of India, Main Branch, Mumbai in favor of one of the respondents Vithal Atmaram Patil along with the letter. However, the said packet containing cheque and letter was returned unclaimed.  Therefore, the original plaintiff has filed this MA for depositing the cost in the court to abide the direction of Hon\''ble High Court.  The applicant wish to comply the order of the Hon\''ble High Court and he had made attempt for the same by sending the cheque to one of the respondents.  But, the said packet containing the cheque was unclaimed.  In these circumstances, the application needs consideration, therefore, it is expedient to pass following order.
ORDER
1.       MA No.18/2020 is allowed.
2.     Applicant/original plaintiff to deposit Rs.2,500/- as per the order of Hon\''ble High Court with the Registry of this court within a period of three working days from today.
3.  After the deposit of said amount, the applicant/original plaintiff to inform all the original defendants about the deposit of the amount.
4.       MA No.18/2020 is disposed off accordingly.
