ORDER
1. This is a Chamber Summons preferred by applicant Shakila
Bano Mohd. Muslim Ansari to implead her as a party in Suit No.129 of
2019. Heard Advocate Ms. Vaishali Sharma for the applicant at
sufficient length.

2. Ld. Advocate Ms. Mhatre for the defendants no.1 and
2/MCGM submits that appropriate order may be passed.
3. Perused reply submitted by the plaintiff. It is admitted that
applicant is one of the partner in plaintiff's firm. In last paragraph it is
mentioned that for the limited purpose, applicant may be impleaded as
a party. However, various allegations mentioned in application are
denied by the plaintiff. Plaintiff and his advocate are absent when
repeatedly called.
4. On perusal of reply, it is admitted that applicant is a
partner. For securing interest of the firm, presence of applicant is
necessary. Hence the order :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 130 of 2019 is allowed.
2. Applicant be added as Defendant No.3.
3. Chamber Summons No. 130 of 2019 is disposed off
accordingly.
