By instant NM the def. MCGM has prayed to condoned the delay and to set aside order of no reply and written statement in NM No. 2156/14.  It is stated that the defendant MCGM, being local authority, has heavy work load and due to that reason the reply could not file within time.  The plaintiff has objected the NM on the ground of in ordinate delay.
   Considering aforesaid circumstance and to decide the original NM on merits, the instant NM is allowed.  Delay is condoned as prayed and No reply and written statement order against defendant MCGM is set aside.  Reply cum written statement is taken on record.
