defendant corporation.
2. The applicants by this Chamber Summons seeks to bring
the LR's of the deceased plaintif, Shantilal C. Mehta. Shantilal
CNR NO.MHCC01-000737-20

Mehta is reported to be died on 28.09.2019. The chamber
summons is fled on 26.11.2019. The chamber summons is
within period of limitation. There is no impediment to allow the
applicants to brought on record in place of deceased the
plaintif.
The plaintif also had sought to amend the plaintif in
consequences to the death of original plaintif. No prejudice
would be caused to the defendant corporation if the
consequential amendments in plaint is allowed. In the result,
following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 95 of 2020 is allowed.
2. The applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment
in the
plaint within 14 days from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed of.
