. Plaintiff bank taken out this Chamber Summons for
substitute service through paper publication against Defendant.
2. Writ of summons was issued against the defendant but
returned with the remark "Intimation", therefore, plaintiff wants to
serve the summons on defendant through paper publication and prays
that summons be published in "Free Press Journal" in English and
"Navshakti" in Marathi.
