Registered Ch/S no.98/18 tendered by plff. Order - Perusal
of service affidavit shows that writ of summons sent to
Deft.no.1 and 3 is returned with the remark Left. It is the
contention of Plff that the addresses mentioned in title
clause are the last known addresses. Plaintiff further
contended that Plff is not aware about the new addresses. In
such situation presence of Deft.nos.1 and 3 cannot be
secured except by way of publication of writ of summons
in news paper. Hence order. Order on ch/sum no.98/18 - 1.
Chamber summons No.98/18 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause (a). 2. Plaintiff is permitted to publish the writ
of summons in Free Press Journal and Nav-Shakti upon the
payment of necessary charges as per rule.
