motion which is supported by an affidavit of
Manager of Canara Bank Ankit Yadav. The suit was
dismissed as the office objection was not removed.
The main suit is for recovery of a loan amount.
Today the Ld. Adv.for the plaintiff has submitted
that the plaintiff will remove the objection within
two weeks. Thus considering the fact that plaintiff
herein is body corporate constituted under the
Banking Companies Act and as the plaintiff is ready
to remove the objections, in the interest of Justice, I
pass the following order ORDER Notice of Motion
No. 300/2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(a) with a condition that the plaintiff shall remove
the office objection within two weeks from today.
After removal of office objection the suit be
registered and assign to the proper Court. Board
Department to do needful. Notice of Motion is
disposed of accordingly.
