filed unregistered Chamber Summons. Heard. It appears
that the plaintiff filed the summary suit no.1797/18 which is
settled between the parties and consent terms was filed. It
appears that in the consent terms the name of defendant was
mentioned at M/s Sharma Otho System Pvt. Ltd. Instead of
M/s Sharma Ortho System Pvt. Ltd. Therefore, plaintiff has
took out this chamber summons for making the amendment
or correction. The advocate for defendant has given no
objection. As such the matter is already settled between the
parties and considering the typo-graphical mistake as stated
above, in the interest of justice requires to allow the
plaintiff to make the amendment or correction in cause title
of the Consent Terms. Hence Chamber Summons needs to
be made absolute. In the result, following order. ORDER 1.
Unregistered Chamber Summons is allowed. 2. The plaintiff
is directed to carryout the amendment in the cause title of
the plaint and Consent Terms as prayed in the schedule
attached to the Ch/s and to correct the name of defendant as
per schedule attach to the Chamber summons. 3. This
Chamber Summons be sent for registration for statical
purpose.
