Faridabad dtd 06/04/2019 and he undertake to produce certified copy of order on next date.
Plaintiff advocate submitted that, he is not aware about depositing amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- before Faridabad Court.
Order -As per online order in Execution 254/17 of Faridabad Court, it shows that, advocate for defendant gave a cheque of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs) bearing Cheque no. 082502 to the C.J.J.D. Faridabad Court. So Relying on words of Adv. Satydev Joshi and online order it shows that defendant gave cheque of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs), so Money Decree is to stayed till further order.  Hence, Decree SUM 4347/2013 dtd. 03/07/2015 is stayed till further order.
