ORAL ORDER
Perused the pleading and heard advocate for both the parties.
This chamber summons is taken out to bring legal heirs of deceased
decree holder on record. Deceased decree holder died on 19.12.2019.
The present chamber summons was filed in the Court on 17.01.2020.
The LR’s of original decree holder are necessary parties. The JDR has
opposed the chamber summons. The LR’s of original decree holder are
entitled to for execution of decree passed in favour of original decree
holder. Hence following order is passed.

Chamber summons no.88 of 2020 is hereby allowed with no
order as to costs.
2. Permission granted to bring LR’s of original decree holder on
record with permission to carry out necessary amendment in the
