ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,16,224.65ps (Rs. One Lakh Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Four and Sixty Five Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.1,00,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
