N/m which is supported by an affidavit. Also perused the
documents on record. Heard. It is an admitted fact that the
plff has filed the reply to the notice under section 351 of the
MMC Act with the concerned authority of MCGM. It is also
an admitted fact that till the date, the concerned authority
has not passed any speaking order. At this stage, the
Ld.adv.for the plff submitted that the plff also intends to file
some additional documents with the concerned authority.
Hence the plaintiff is directed to file any additional reply or
documents with the concerned authority within one week
from today.
