Read the affidavit in support of motion and reply filed. There is delay about 240 days. Summons was served in the month of August 2021 during pandemic. Hence, considering the judgment of Hon\''ble Supreme Court in Suo-motu Writ Petition No.03/2020 the delay is required to be condoned for the limitation period till 28.02.2022.
