Perused N/m which is supported by an affidavit. Till the date the MCGM has not filed any reply or documents on record. Dharmendra Mhatre and others have taken out Chamber summons no.214/2018 for adding them as party to the suit. I have heard the Ld.advocates of both the parties. Without going into the merits of N/m , Ch/s and the suit, it is pointed out that after passing of the speaking order, the plaintiff has made the representation /reply through his advocate on 09.01.2018 (Copy of which is at Exh.N, page 66 of the plaint.) The said reply shows the acknowledgment of MCGM.
