following order. Order 1. Notice of Motion No. 222 of 2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a) and (b) 2. Reply tendered by Defendant no. 4 alongwith this N/M be taken on record as
reply to Ch/s of the Plaintiff. 3. Accordingly N/M no. 222 of 2019 stands disposed of. Matter is
adjd. to 1.10.2019 for Ch/s hearing.
