notice of motion be diposed of. In view of affidavit
at Exh-5 and para 8 C (reply at Exh-6 of
defendant coporation). It reveals at para 8 c
notice u/s 354 A is diposed of. Thus, in view of
affected of Exh-5, suit along with NM-244/2020 is
diposed of. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
