order is against the plff then no coercive action be taken for

Perused N/m which is supported by an affidavit and the
documents therein. Today before the Court the Officer of
MCGM Mr.Suhas Jadhav is present. So also the plff.Idu
Hussain Balwar Mohd.Hadees is present who has made a
statement at bar that he will not be making any further
construction till the passing of the fresh speaking order. It is
an admitted fact that the speaking order dated 24.07.2017 is
passed without considering the reply filed by the plff. The
copy of reply as filed on record at page no.37 of plaint
appears to be of dated 01.08.2017.
