The plaintiff has stated in the consent terms that she wants to withdraw the suit against the Deft nos. 2 and 3 unconditionally.
The consent terms therefore are taken on record. The suit is disposed of as settled between the plaintiff and the Defendant No. 1 and as withdrawn unconditionally against the Defendant No. 2 and 3. In the circumstances, no order as to costs.
