ORDER
Perused Notice of Motion @ Affidavit and written reply tendered
by defendant no.2(a) and 2(b).
At the time of argument Ld counsel for defendant no.1 Vipul Bilve
submitted that advocate for defendant no.2(a) and 2(b) is ready to
hand over signed document as claimed by him by way of Notice of
Motion. Ld.counsel for defendant 2(a) and 2(b) in support of handed
over signed document "form renewal only" and "form of declaration"
and "affidavit cum declaration". After receiving original document Ld
counsel for defendant no.1 submitted that the cause of action which is
raised in the Notice of Motion is over and therefore, the Notice of

Motion is being infractuous I have accepted his submission and proceed
to pass following order
