At the same time, the applicant vedprakash though produced society bill, electricity bill, gas connection bill details, the same stand in the name of Kusumlata chaube. Further, share certificate is not produced on record. In these circumstances, it will be just and proper to issue notice to the Oshiwara Shantivan -B CHS LTD to produce the share certificate and also all the documents of title in its possession regarding the flat No.233 building No.2, Oshiwara, MHADA, Andheri (West) Mumbai.
