The applicant by this Chamber Summons seeks to implead him as
legal representative of the original plaintiff who died during the
pendency of the suit on 2nd November 2015. It is submitted that letter of
administration is issued in the name of applicant. Therefore applicant
prays to allow Chamber Summons.
2. Chamber Summons is opposed by defendant Corporation.

3. Considering the fact that applicant is legal heir of deceased
plaintiff has right to contest suit to be impleaded as party plaintiff in the
interest of justice. Hence order.

1. Chamber Summons No.66 of 2020 is allowed.
2. The Plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint by
impleading present applicant as party plaintiff.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
