Plaintiff and his Advocate Suvarna Gambhir are present.
Plaintiff moved this application for withdrawal of suit. It is orally
stated by the plaintiff and his advocate that the plaintiff wants to
withdraw the suit unconditionally.
2. Say of defendant is called. The advocate for defendant
appeared and filed reply stating that he have no objection for the
withdrawal of the suit unconditionally.
3. It appears that the plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit
voluntarily and the defendants have no objection for said
withdrawal. Hence, the suit may be allowed to be withdrawn
unconditionally. In view of said withdrawal, the summons for
Judgment No. 295/2019 and Notice of Motion No.711/2020 are
also necessary to be disposed off.
4. Considering the aforesaid discussion I proceed to pass
following order.

1.Application Exh.7 is allowed
2. Permission granted to the plaintiff for withdrawal of suit.
