               Draft Chamber Summons  is taken out  to substitute new address of defendant as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons.  Amendment is of formal nature.  So I do not find it necessary to issue Notice to the defendant.
              Amendment sought is to substitute new address of defendant as given in schedule with address given in cause title of the plaint.  In my view, amendment is necessary and does not change nature of suit.  It is of formal nature, therefore, I am inclined to allow amendment as sought.  Hence, pass following order
                                         ORDER
1.  Draft Chamber Summons is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2.  Plaintiff is directed to carry out amendment within period of two weeks from the date of this order.
3.  Draft Chamber Summons be registered for statistical purposes.
4.  Accordingly, draft Chamber Summons is allowed.
Matter is adjourned for direction to 7.02.2020
